Can you deliver to Joo Chiat or Katong every morning before opening hours?
+
Yes — our entire delivery run covers Joo Chiat, Katong, and the surrounding East-side precinct, with a guaranteed 7 a.m. drop-off window. We run our own delivery, so there's no third-party courier variability to plan around.
What is the wholesale price per croissant or cruffin, and what are the MOQ and credit terms?
+
Pricing starts from S$2.20 per pastry on a weekly standing order, scaling down with volume. MOQ is 24 pieces per SKU per delivery, and credit terms open from your second week of trading with us.
Can you customise flavours or make exclusive items so my menu feels different from nearby cafes?
+
Exclusivity is the core of how we work — every wholesale partner locks in at least one SKU per quarter that we won't supply to any other café in your neighbourhood. Flavour briefs are welcome; we develop new fills and glazes monthly based on seasonal produce.
How is freshness handled — do you deliver baked or frozen, and how do they hold through service?
+
All viennoiserie is delivered fully baked and at ambient temperature, ready to display within minutes of delivery. Our laminated pastries are formulated to hold texture and flake for a four-hour service window — no re-baking or proofing equipment needed on your end.
Are your pastries halal-certified, and do you have allergen or vegan options for café regulars?
+
We are not currently halal-certified, and all laminated pastries contain gluten and dairy. We do offer a small rotating selection of vegan-friendly tarts and filled buns each month — ask us about the current programme when you enquire.
How many wholesale accounts do you take on, and are slots still available in my area?
+
We cap our wholesale programme at 25 café partners to protect exclusivity and delivery quality across the East-side corridor. Slots are allocated by neighbourhood — check availability for your postcode when you apply, as Joo Chiat and Katong fills quickly.
